About Us
San Dieguito Sea Dragons is San Diego’s home for artistic swimming, providing a supportive and challenging environment where athletes can grow both in and out of the water. Our mission is to develop physically active, mentally strong, and dedicated athletes through the sport of artistic swimming.
At the heart of our program is the belief that artistic swimming builds more than athletic skills. It teaches teamwork, confidence, discipline, resilience, and creativity while helping athletes develop the skills and mindset needed to thrive both as competitors and as individuals. We are committed to creating a close-knit team community where athletes support one another, celebrate progress, and strive for excellence together.
We believe every swimmer has the potential to achieve great things, regardless of their starting point or when they begin their journey. Our dedicated coaching staff provides fun, focused, and encouraging training sessions designed to challenge athletes, build confidence, and help each swimmer reach their full potential.
San Dieguito Sea Dragons offers programming for athletes ages 5–18, from beginners with no prior experience to competitive athletes representing SDSD at the national level.
